Ken Hunter the perfectionist
Race 13 Results and update
The race at Spa did not go as planned. Ken was unfortunate to miss the qualifying, and Riaan was called unexpectedly to Cape Town for work. We never loose hope or sight of our goal!
In the meantime Riaan was offered a Managerial post at his current employer, which might see him spending some time in Germany and overseas. All the best for your future plans, Riaan. He stays part of the team, and when he has a chance to kick some ass in the races, I know he will!
Off to Monza, Italy!!

Race 13: Spa -Francorchamps Circuit
Arguably the most interesting circuit on every year calender, is the notorious Spa circuit. Almost everybody loves to drive here.
Missing out in 2007, the circuit had a face lift and now host to the 2008 FSR season.
After the spectacular finish on the real track last week, we are off to give our best on this one!

Race 12 Race Results
It was touch-and-go for the Deltec Team in the Advanced Race. Ken did well to qualify in a time of 1:39:115, just 1.4 seconds off the leader!
Unfortunately Ralph Gauss had a run-in with Ken on Lap 1. Ken had a good run in p13 for most of the race, but his car's brakes failed on Ken's car on lap 35. What a pity!
Riaan also wanted to race, but he lost allocated for the race too late! Bad luck there mate!
Stay tuned for the next race at Spa...

Race 12: Valencia Street Circuit
With Ken Hunter joining our Deltec Racing Team, we are off to the Valencia Street Circuit in Spain, Europe.
Riaan & Hendrich should join our team for this weekends race.
The track is just wonderful, with fast straights, tight turns and 'inviting walls' on either sides.
All the best for the drivers this weekend! Go Deltec Go!

Round 5: Turkish Grand Prix
Race 4: Catalunya, Spanish GP
The beautiful and colourful Spain Circuit is next on the calender, and we all expected both teams to do well.
Leon was able to qualy in p13, then suffered an engine blow out. Sorry mate! Camilo in Pro could only qualy in p28, due to exams.
Hendrich & Riaan moved to the ADV League. Hendrich finished p11, scoring 4 points.
Now we are off to Turkey for round 5!
